FAQ

Do I have to register to order?

No, you can purchase as a guest. However, we strongly recommend you register so we can maintain data of your orders. This way if there are any issues regarding your order or if you need to return an item all of your details are already on file. Creating an account with Baby Mina allows you to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, and receive our newsletter (if opted). The Baby Mina newsletter notifies you of all of our latest arrivals, upcoming promotions and other exclusive VIP offers. To ensure that you do not miss out on any new arrivals or special discounts, create your account by clicking on Login (in the top right hand corner).

How do I track my order?

We have made this very easy for you! If you have an account with us, just click Login (in the top right hand corner). When you login it will give you a history of all your orders through Baby Mina. If you have a current order in place, you will be able to see your order progress. We also email you on receipt of your order, and also once it's shipped. Through your account you will be able to view your tracking number which will link through to the Australia Post website and provide an up to date shipping status.

If you do not have an account, don't worry. You will still have received an email from us to provide your tracking details. Check your emails as this will allow you to track your order status through Australia Post. 

How do I sign up for your newsletter?

Enter your email at the 'Baby Mina Newsletter' at the footer of the page. Register your preferred email and click 'Subscribe'. Our newsletters provide you with updates, pre-sale information, giveaways and new products. If you want to keep up-to-date with all our events, Join us on facebook, or visit our blog.

Are your clothes true to size?

The majority of our clothing range is true to size. However, if this differs we will include this information on the product line. There will always be slight variations every now and then, depending on the supplier. If your unsure, feel free to email us at info (at) babymina (dot) com (dot) au we will be glad to help you choose the right size.

Where are you located?

Baby Mina resides in the beautiful capital of Australia, Canberra.

Can I visit the Baby Mina store?

Baby Mina is exclusively based online. However, we do markets at least every six weeks at the Canberra EPIC Centre and other market events. To see when the Baby Mina stall will be at a specific market, follow us on facebook, or keep an eye out on our blog for our stall calendar. As we are of course online, its means we're available 24 hours everyday!

Can I lay-by?

Unfortunately, the Baby Mina stock is unavailable for lay-by. We run on a small warehousing capacity and are a small family run business. However, we offer Afterpay as a lay-by payment method to pay the goods through four fortnightly payments.

What options of payment do you have for orders?

We offer the following payment methods: - Paypal - Bank Deposit - Apple Pay - AfterPay - Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex). Alternatively you can visit us at the local Markets in Canberra, where you can pay cash or by eftpos.

Is it secure to shop online with Baby Mina?

Yes it is. All transactions are processed through PayPal, Shopify-Stripe, Afterpay Payments or Direct Deposit. We do not collect or store credit card information, bank account or other financially identifying information. We use Payment Service Providers to do this for us, and we cannot access the information or store it on our site. The site is protected by industry leading SSL encryption for your piece of mind.
